NOTICE: There will be no meeting January 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The Board will not have a quorum of directors necessary to hold the meeting. The next monthly board meeting will be held February 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Fairmont Park Church, 10401 Belfast Road, La Porte, TX.Â
In the City of La Porte, Texas 77571, there are three different home associations with "Fairmont Park" in their names. Our legal name is the Fairmont Park Homes Association, Inc. If you own a home or a lot in Fairmont Park Section 1, 2, 3, 4, or Fairmont Park West Section 1, then you are a member of the Fairmont Park Homes Association (FPHA).
Enter the church through back doors by the gym along Belfast and turn to the left into the Fellowship Hall. The first room on the left, B151 is the meeting room for all Monthly Board meetings.

Location

The monthly Board of Directors Meeting begins as an open meeting, and to protect the privacy of all association members, it adjourns to an Executive Session for discussion on specific property matters.
The agenda of each meeting is posted at least 144 hours prior to that meeting.
Annual Meetings
The next Annual Meeting will be held at Fairmont Park Church on the first Monday of December at 7:30 PM. The annual meeting will be held in the worship center of the church.
